Thank you for choosing our handcrafted Chinese calligraphy scrolls! We’re committed to ensuring your artwork arrives safely and efficiently. Below is our detailed shipping policy to keep you informed every step of the way.
 
1. Processing Time
 
All calligraphy scrolls are carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after your order is confirmed. Please note that processing time may be extended by 1–2 days during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year) or for custom-made scrolls (we’ll notify you separately if this applies to your order).
 
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
 
We currently ship our calligraphy scrolls to most countries and regions worldwide. To ensure the safe delivery of your artwork, we partner with reliable international carriers, including:
 
- DHL (for expedited shipping)
- FedEx (for standard and expedited shipping)
- China Post Registered Air Mail (for economical shipping to select regions)
 
A tracking number will be provided via email within 24 hours of your order being shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress until delivery.
 
3. Shipping Costs
 
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on three factors:
 
- Your shipping destination
- The weight and dimensions of your order 
- The shipping method you select
 
For orders over $99 USD, we offer free standard shipping to most countries (exclusions apply to remote regions; details will be shown at checkout).
 
4. Estimated Delivery Time
 
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Below are typical timeframes (excluding processing time):
 
- Expedited Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 3–7 business days
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Economical Shipping (China Post): 15–30 business days
 
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, public holidays). We’ll assist with tracking and follow-up if delays occur, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.
 
5. Packaging for Artwork
 
To protect your calligraphy scrolls from damage during transit, we use specialized packaging:
 
- Each scroll is first wrapped in Transparent plastic bag to prevent  fabric wear.
- Scrolls are then placed in a rigid gift box  to avoid bending or crushing.
- The outer package is sealed with reinforced tape and labeled with “Fragile – Handle with Care” to alert carriers.
 
6. Shipping Restrictions
 
While we ship to most regions, we cannot deliver to countries or regions where international trade restrictions, import bans, or logistical limitations apply. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact our customer service team—we’ll do our best to explore alternative solutions if possible.
